My fifth crime

You swallowed the moon when my eyes were wide awake and you still wondered how luminous it must be in the inner chamber of my being
maybe you are not coming.
.. back
maybe my eyes will not glow again when you cloak me in your aura
Maybe you will be alive then rot only in the back of my mind.
Rot in the back of my mind and I wouldn't wanna visit you again.
I wouldn't wanna visit you again because I don't want my feet to touch a hard cold floor
We had so much fun. Fun that depressed us, eventually
But then again, you will be famous. No matter how many times I wished to breathe you, in and out.. You will be famous.
I am trying to box up my feelings and drown them in the quiet, but the quiet disquiets me, brazes noises of a false victory,
False because forgetting you will come slow.

And why does it seem like I am pushing them out
One after the other
For reaching you
Why is there always you, at the end of the line,
Standing
Waiting..
But never along the way.
WHY are you the way?
Why are you so perfect?
Why aren't you like them,
confining my soul?
Maybe for that, my soul finds sanctuary only in your soul.
Why aren't you mine? Why aren't you mine?
You caress me and watch me
sprout out, widely
You stead my feet deep deep to earth and ask me to suck up the stability of Earth
You let the warmth of my existence radiate your world.
You love watching me blossom.
But you only watch.
Why aren't you mine?

You never answer.

I miss my dog

I’ll hold your hand when you’re feeling mad at me; when the monsters, they won’t go; the windows, they won’t close. I’ll pretend to see what you see. How long will you relive the things that are gone? The devil’s on your back, but I know you can shake him off. You know, it’s funny how freedom can make us feel contained; when the muscles in our legs aren’t used to all the walking. I know if you could snap both your fingers then you’d escape with me, but in the meantime, I’ll just wait here and listen to you when you speak, or scream. And every day that you want to waste, you can. And every day that you want to wake up, you can. And every day that you want to change, I’ll help you see it through because I just really want to be with you.

CUE.. ROUTINE.. REWARD

Paul O'Neill's safety plan for Aluminum Co of America didn't attain such outstanding profits because of the list he came up with that was focusing on the keystone habits that would impact widespread shifts in other structures of the organization.

In my opinion the plan worked best because of the skyrocketed boost in communication in the organization's rigid hierarchy once his new primal policy has moved through the organization. Of course it was risky and so many changes had to come along in the chain reaction accommodating to the new routine. But
when O'Neill focused on minimizing the injuries of the work force to ''ZERO-INJURIES'' he believed everybody deserves to get back to their families after a long working day as safely as they left their houses and he also believed that each working person shouldn't be scared that feeding their families will kill them, he simply put his HUMAN RESOURCES first. He gave his workforce his thoughts!
O'Neill didn't write at the top of his list ''quality'' or ''profits'' or ''efficiency'' but rather ''SAFETY'' and in very short time costs went down, profits turned up and productivity's caliber raised higher than ever and the company's annual net income was five times larger than before he arrived and its market capitalization had risen by $27 billion. He succeeded to put up ALCOA to the most streamlined Aluminum company on earth.

The smart CEO prioritizes what would give him leverage to get people to give their best and also pays MOST attention to the atmosphere of his workplace, Is it nourishing and appreciative? Does everybody no matter of their title or their position know that they matter? Are they motivated enough? Does everybody know they are part of a whole and that they are really contributing to establishment of a business or profits or a dream?
Make your dream their dream and you get OUTSTANDING performance

Businesses that do not put people first (employees and customers)  will be left behind. This is the new change that corporate organizations need to embrace or else they are doomed to extinct.

(Ps. this should have been a draft. After all, some reflections over O'Neill's)

Don't forget your promise

We are one heart.
One earth.
One energy.
We are so unhappy because we are not resonating enough KIND energy throughout our field
We are one energy
Like how water ripples all along the pool, we touch each other's lives
We are one promise. Yet, we grind it by tending to forget that life's fairness lies in giving.. Because you receive exactly what you send out. That's the ''mundane fair''
Keep your promises bright. Keep your promises bright and the caliber of your personal happiness will be shot into the blue sky.
I promise
We share one soul. Speak kind words.
That's the promise you owe to the Universe. Make someone's life easier and they will remember you forever!
Make someone's life easier by spreading thoughts that would pull them out of bloom, of routine, of despair and helplessness.
Make someone's life easier by making them feel happier about themselves, by showing them the possibilities they never knew existed, remind them of their best.
Make someone's life easier by pumping them with courage to stay outside their comfort zone to expand it and to stretch their limits that would eventually activate them to break through their passive mental habitual behaviors.
Make someone's life easier and your life will be made easier

We are friends

He wants to kiss me all the time

Still,
We are friends.

And you know what happens to a man who hears her cries but is not really ready to hold her
He loses
Always.

The penny you gave

I offered her what I was drinking
But she said
''Bananas and water melon and chocolates give me stomach ache.''
I asked about her Mother and what she does
She said, taking care of the baby because the rest of my brothers and sisters work like me
in the streets to get her the money so as to make us food.
I asked how many brothers and sisters does she has?
She answered: Six
Oh my heavy heart.. My friend suggested I would write about her, I said I wouldn't
Because what can I possibly change or add to what has been said and discussed and articulated and published million times in papers and magazines about the homeless street children or abusing kids in labor. What new will I say? It's simply sad.
I only wanted to apologize to her for we are all responsible for the unfair hard life she's living. I wanted to promise her a better tomorrow! To hug her to even take her home with me and give her a good shower and a good meal and a warm bed.. I wanted to stretch her possibilities for a good life, to pump up hope in her small hands! Her small hands that are too small and young to have to beg for a life out of strangers' pockets. To have to stray in streets for a meal at the end of the day. To have to humiliatingly clutch to your windowpane and other passerby(s) that are haughty and happen to think all she wants are their fucking money and cringe if  she laid her dirty hands on their clothes!
Well yes, she wants your money, very very little of it... She wants the Penny!
But have you ever offered her a kind hand. A caring heart?

Today I did.. And surprisingly she responded. Unlike what I expected. I actually connected with her.. She gave me a flower then played a little game where she took all the flower's petals and threw them gracefully upon me. I gave her five pounds. She was more than satisfied. Yet she came back after a while for a little heart of mine with her eyes searching for a carer in me NOT A LENDER!
It kills me that I can not change this little kid's life.
